We keep the high-new technique as the impetus for the development of our company. After one year's hard work, we successfully trial-manufactured the hot-dipped galvanized steel plates (coils) and Al-Zn-Si alloy steel plates(coils) products up to the standard (the constituents of the plating coat: Al 55%, Si 1.6%, the rest Zn). Moreover, we have launched the first product line of 800mm wide hot-coating Al-Zn-Si steel plates (coils) in China.      
         
  Hot-coating Al-Zn-Si steel plate (coil) combines the advantages of galvanized and aluminum steel plate (coil) : its corrosion resistance is 2-6 times as much as galvanized plate in various atmospheric environments; it does keep the same color at the temperature 315C and could be used for a long time at the temperature 500-600C for its good heat- resistant, anti-oxidation and heat-reflected performance. So it could be used as the heat- resistant accessories, such as automobile muffler, exhaust pipe, food dryer, and tealeaves baker etc. Its water-resistant is better than coating-Zn and coating-Al plate; In addition, it could be used as base plate of color coated steel plate for its well coating performance.
